I would be careful - If it truly is insider info - One might use a little caution although on the US boards they go nuts

Sounds like third hand info to me... Can be constued to be a rumour, but if your posting it in public, I suggest that you may be the "rumour mill starter", which can 'cause you unwanted headaches with the SEC...
