The SEC has no jurisdiction in Canada. That's right zero. Unless you are knowingly making false statements about companies trading on US exchanges then the SEC does not matter. The BC and Ontario securities commission are the watchdogs here.

My thoughts are that you are clearly posting "rumors" about things that might happen when you mention a company. It is the responsibility of each person to do their own dd period. No one can say they lost money because they bought a stock that someone says "might" go up on a chat board.

In conclusion RED keep 'em coming. People can ignore you if they want or they can look into the stocks themselves that's their choice. Just make sure that you are not unloading a truck load of shares after a rumor or head's up because that kind of stuff usually comes back to haunt you.
