Careful Mr. HARF HARF HARF -- you may end up eating those pants. The penalty for calling off the engagement is about $2 a share. Terry is still obligated to vote his shares for ALA but CSCO or another could blow the ALA offer away with pocket change.

This is not a prediction or even wishful thinking -- I think NN/ALA is a great fit.
