John, you sound like a fella who would buy a used car or some Florida air over the phone, without even looking at it<lol>..Seriously,IMO it is the responsibility of management to file an 8K outlining the terms of the proposed placement,of course the filing would end with--upon shareholder approval of a capitol restructuring...that is common sense,especially in light of how they screwed up the last placement(which at the time,Bob proclaimed to have great terms also-looks like the color of the feathers have remained the same on the parrot)
