Looks like I was right about NOYR as it is up 32% today. NOYR went up today after bouncing back from a tremendously oversold condition. Here is another one I picked up while doing some due diligence, ISFB. The recent trend lower may be ready to turn soon. They are going to be using WAP for some of their internet business users over in Europe. I believe that on a percentage basis there are lots more wireless users in Europe than in the US. One more dip below 4 is all I see here for ISFB and then a trip back higher. I wish it was a fully reporting stock but I don't think that is the case. I did find that the float is reportedly 3 million shares in the one post about the company here at SI. finance.yahoo.com RTS
