To all. This thread is now back to where it was before the masses came. I bet ya is stays that way for year, then it will all happen all over again, with new posters. I will be looking for signal like we got when Eric the terrible and QCOM settling last year to cause QCOM to get in gear again, till then it will posting about the technology, the potential deals, with China and HDR being the keys to the signal. IMHO

yes just get them in there in a diversified portfolio (or leave them there when they are there) and donït look at them for 3 years; you get a nice surprise.

quarters dont mean much when you are investing in a great company with great products and great track record\management.

cst, i'm interested in any company at the right price. i tend to stay unemotional about companies and ticker symbols. yes, i think qcom is over valued by a lot. no, shorting or buying puts does not, of necessity follow.

alan.com is scared of talking away the financial gasoline from the children at the investment bon fire for fear of sending the world into a recession.

the gas wille ventually run out and leave nothing but ashes... but it could be a good while - especially in an election year.
