tbishop- It does say right there in the SEC wording
that TSIG can disclose the basic terms of the securities
offered.

Such notice contains no more than the following additional information:
(i) the name of the issuer [TSIG]; (ii) The title, amount and basic terms of
the securities offered.

So, lets see the basic terms of the PP before we vote.
What is this, some kind of Kangaroo court?
After what I've been through in the last year and a half
I think I have every right to see the terms before I vote.
Remember the last PP was friendly and good for shareholders
Right? Am I out of line here calling for fiscal responsibility and shareholders rights? I think not.
I suffered long and hard through the dog days with this company. Over the same period of time
if the same money was put in EDIG, I'd have over two million. OK, obviously thats my blunder,
not TSIG's but I was sold a bill of goods in the past of how glorious things would be in the near
future and we know the story. Now thw company wants to strip away shares from me, but its
OK because things will be glorious in the near future. I call for open books and open
communication, not heresay.
