Monty,
I agree that LU's management should be much more aggressive and alert. It seems they are getting rid of CFO
and hence some change. But they need to realize that they are in internet age and internet time. I will be selling covered calls and sell my April calls. I also sold naked puts when it was in 50s and will cover it now for a nice profit. I will wait for a couple of days to see whether this forward momentum will continue to touch 76 and then turn back.

Nat got it right: I was trying to capture the exact phrase that might describe why a relatively small $100M contract might provoke some optimism.

I would also like to add that this seems to be the scary dominant mindset in investing these days:

I see the tip, the rest of the iceberg must be huge!!!"
