Dear Richard: Hey, your answer to Networm was almost exactly as I was about to answer regarding the potential benefits. Only wish you would figure out how to make your post ordinary and not running way out the screen. Anyhow, you really know your business!! For the rest, I am not an attorney as Richard is, but have played a part in many Corporate suits and this is NOT unusual at all IMHO. Not as scary as it might seem. They always have an out in these matters and courts seem to always agree in my experience. JDN
