Does anyone have any data/opinion with different types of trades being made? I usually trade options (5-10 trades per day) and they usually take about 5-10 minutes to go from "W" to "O". I placed an equity order (first time in a month over web broker) and it took like 30 mins.. I wonder if they give priority to option trades, or maybe they have a better ratio of eyeballers-to-option trades than eyeballers-to-equity trades? That said, service has been deteriorating rapid.. I no longer trust them enough to place market orders. Has anyone ever gotten them to make any concessions by threatening to close accounts? James.
