Really! And which part of my post was a gloat?? And do tell, oh great prognosticator, what is going to happen next week? I have always been fascinated by folks who claim to be able to see into the future, (especially with time frames of one week!). Then again, I suppose that if you predict the same thing every day for your entire life, the odds favor your being at least partially at some point in time. For example, LT has been predicting "tough love next week" for about 2-3 years now. Boy you should have seen him in early October of 1998, happy a pig in sh*t for a whole two weeks, predicting ever greater pain, suffering, gloom and doom. Yup, talked himself right out of participating in the new bull market to the tune of about 130% (a lot more if you picked your stocks carefully). But I'm sure he was satisfied with his -73% Prudent<gggg> Bear Fund returns during that same time.

Oh yes, the correction is coming and I'll be glad to buy shares from the lemmings as they allow fear to rule them. One of the benefits of having participated in this long run up is having the cash available to buy when the blood is running.

Perhaps you're correct and the financial world as we know it will come to an end tomorrow. I don't think so, but, because of the remarkable performance of the market these past 6 years, if it does, I still have plenty of nuts stashed away for even the longest coldest winter. How about you?

Cheers
