The way I see it is we really have no choice but to vote yes for the reverse split. Last year we were in a similar situation when we had to vote yes to increase the # of shares. I voted yes on that one and obviously so did many other people because the vote passed. If we hadn't voted yes at that time, we probably wouldn't be here now. It seems to me that if we want to be here next year at this time, we had better vote yes again. Without the financing, there will be no TSIG IMO. I'd rather have fewer shares that are worth something then more shares that are worth nothing. Just my thoughts........ Susie
