Thanks for the post; thought no one else was aware of this one. I was lucky to get in at .29. I think SFST has plenty of potential yet.

Regards, Dave

Concierge Adds Soppet as Technical Adviser
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000--Concierge Inc., which is proceeding with plans to merge with StarFest Inc. (OTCBB:SFST - news), today announced that it has appointed Joel Kenneth Soppet as technical adviser to the company.

Soppet is senior director of Emerald Solutions, Portland, Ore., a premier provider of complex integrated e-business solutions for telecommunications companies. He will advise Concierge's board of directors on long-term strategic product development and marketing trends.

``With the explosive growth of wireless communications and the continued movement toward unified messaging and technology convergence, having Joel on board to provide a strategic direction is expected to greatly assist our development of a second generation of personal messaging products,' said Allen E. Kahn, Concierge president and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Emerald Solutions, Soppet served in a number of technical managerial positions, most recently as senior director of software for Cambridge Technology Partners, based in San Ramon, Calif., which was the first professional services company to go public, delivering strategic applications in a fixed price/fixed time model.

Among other projects for Cambridge, he was software project manager for Hewlett-Packard; software project/client manager, Hoechst Celanese; technical project manager and database designer, Pacific Bell; and technical project manager, system architect, Lockheed.

Previously he was a software consultant for C & C Group, a consulting company specializing in high-end project management in the construction and high-tech industries, where he was the architect of a worldwide testing system for Intelsat; designed, implemented and tested a robotic hip replacement system for ISS; and designed, implemented and tested a series of processes to monitor and control silicon growth chamber hardware for Varian.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from California State University, Chico, Calif. He is a member of the advisory board of Neomorphic, a Berkeley, Calif.-biotechnology software products company providing human genomic analysis software to the research community, and is a member of the board of directors of the C & C Group.

Concierge was founded by Kahn to design, market and support a new class of unified messaging products. These products integrate voice technology and pioneering software as a solution to the remote access needs of Internet e-mail, fax and voicemail users.

The company is preparing to introduce a moderately priced software package with a $39.95 purchase price, the Personal Communications Attendant. The PCA will enable Internet e-mail users to have e-mail received on their personal computers and read to them over any telephone as instructed by the user's voice commands.

Concierge plans continuing enhancements to the PCA, including full unified messaging, foreign language versions, and has additional unique products under development.
