That is correct - there is 20MM shares on OA - and only 4 Million are publiclly traded - The IPO was just this year - I am in this biz and they are impressive - I actually did a little DD on OA after I bought it of course - Why do I do that

I buy on momo and then make a decision to hold it for many bags if I like the story - If its a complete POS P&D I am in and out - OA at worst will be a sell of half in this range as I am close to a diouble now anyway
