Chris Interesting comments. Thanks. They ARE NOT more brittle. Article states they are as hard. The whole thrust of Nanotechnology is to replicate Mother Nature. I doubt people will care about paired nitrogen atoms versus single. See below!! "A typical jeweler could not distinguish between real diamonds and the University of Florida diamonds, Abbaschian said.
