-------------------------------------------------
My QChart Trend Lines

Green lines are resistance trend lines or resistance horizontal price action areas.

Red lines are supportive trend lines or supportive horizontal price action areas.

Gray lines are either resistance trend lines, resistance price action areas, supportive trend lines or supportive price action areas that have been broken. They can now act as either support or resistance depending on price action.

Dark blue lines are formation lines.

Light blue lines are previous formations.

Kip, I find this development of upmost importance to the debt markets

One Internet firm that seemingly didn't was Pacific Century CyberWorks , the Hong Kong upstart presently tapping the
debt market for a loan of up to $12 billion to help fund its $38 billion takeover of Cable & Wireless HKT .

It is the first time an Internet firm has gone to the credit market for pure debt funds on such a massive scale.

It is a betting on Internet promoters and their worthless highly priced stocks, who mostly lack management skills but have plenty of marketing BS and are great promoters but nothing else.

Consumating such a deal will signal that the banking system may collapse down the road a development worse than the US S&L fiasco 10 years ago where junk bonds were all the rage and counted as a sound investment.
