From the post here, it looks as though Bryant Cragun's esteemed attys. (or ZSUN's-is there any real difference?) told the judge that TheTruthSeeker had put the words "Company Press Release" on the top of some of his own press releases. The post is a copy of the email that said TruthSeeker sent to Cragun's attorney showing them that in fact, the PR firm does that automatically and that the Truthseeker had NOTHING to do with it. He showed that to said attny. who, of course, did nothing to correct what they had shown the judge. Massive deception with impunity and they refused to correct their filing. Hope this helps:

The real question that hasn't yet been asked or answered by the courts or the press is: Were any of the Ziasun 8 either personally or through their corporate entities shorting Ziasun Stock? Or were the Ziasun 8 merely bashing Ziasun for altruistic reasons?

That is perhaps the most important question to be asked here.
