One other thing, Tony, and perhaps an obvious thought. Your admitted offense of six years ago, which if of no concern to me, especially in light of how you've handled it and the various services you have performed for others since that time, is but a nano-particle in relation to the chronic, egregious price-fixing that NASD market-makers participated in for years. They ceased only when caught and found to have (certainly conservatively) cost investors over $1 billion.

Of course, the cost of that offense pales in comparison to the type of thing you've described and as referenced more obliquely in Friday's WSJ story on Knight. Yet 99.9% of the investing public continues to give complete innate trust to the whole NASDAQ process.

Should give anyone sanctimonious enough to belabor your past matter a little perspective. If it doesn't, it simply defines that person as inconsequential to more important and relevant matters you've dedicated this thread to.
