My vote is "maybe " as well.............

Need to get my questions answered first....have a call in, will try again Monday.
Plus have some more general questions that can be asked about PP's without asking specifically about tsig's deal.

Converts, warrants, shares, and preferred shares leave a lot of latitude for a lot of different means to secure additional funds. Rather than speculate, why can't we educate ourselves as to some of the various ways PP's are structured.

Seems, at times (actually most of the time), our fears arise from our own ignorance. Our ignorance is easily manipulated. Then through this manipulation, our fears become self fulfilling. Been there, done that, so please let's not do it again.

Additionally, tsig doesn't burn through cash like amzn w. high advertising costs or other capital intensive company spending money on production of goods or R&D. Tsig has been in a cost containment mode. One could say that $40 mil to tsig is equivalent to $400 plus mil for amzn because of the differences in the b-models. Amzn's model is capital intensive for both its branding and self-fullfillment strategies. Tsig.com's model isn't as capital intensive because it actually generates revenues from most of its advertising and is oriented more towards marketing (ie. info gathering) rather than etail self fulfillment. Consequently tsig needs only a small portion of the additional funds to sustain itself. Consequently what growth strategies will tsig.com do with the other $36 or so mill being made available??? What doors will this amount open???

Again too many unanswered questions, for me to make up my mind yet.

Sincerely,

z
