Yes. I just saw big Dem Tim Russert, former aide to Mario Cuomo and Pat Moynihan, give a campaign rally of sorts for his candidate, John McCain. Even McCain was amused, noting that Russert held similar rallies the Sunday before his wins in NH and MI.

That was, of course, before McCain went on his hate rant.

Other evidence of media bias:

The LATimes refused to allow George Bush to appear by satellite for the recent GOP debate in CA. They told him it was in person or nothing. The LATimes then allowed McCain to appear via satellite rather than having Bush and Keyes debate his empty chair - a visual that would have been seen as a slight by McCain to CA voters. And not good for their candidate.

George Bush was scheduled to appear on "60 Minutes" tonight but the Dems who run that show then decided that would be unfair to their candidate, John McCain, so they invited McCain to reappear.

Bush saw the duplicity and probably decided that he would be the object of one of their trademark hatchet jobs and wisely decided to avoid that gang.
