SILICON VALLEY, California (CNN) -- Silicon Valley -- a place that values innovation and hard work -- is overwhelmingly backing GOP presidential hopeful George W. Bush. The Texas governor visited the area early and often during the California campaign, and throughout his tenure as governor convinced high-tech venture capitalists to open up branches in Austin.
