Hi Ram, I think we are about to find out that BFM is entering into a new business field only, it will not be directly but, through their shell KIN (cdnx). KIN was halted this morning at the request of the company. If you have been around BFM as long as I you will know that this company is owned/controlled by BFM. Take a look on sedar at who is signing the financials. As there are only 4.6M shares o/s some brokers may believe the most liquid way to play this is through BFM and thus, the buying by Yorkton. I have no knowledge of the pending NR but, hopefully it will be good news for all. TTFN C
