I'd surmise from the words that the title may be Timothy's Wake

Very good guess - the title is actually Finnegan's Wake.

If you haven't explored contemporary Irish music, you might want to consider doing so. IMO, much of the finest pop/folk songs written today are from Irish songwriters sung by Irish women - Maura O'Connell, Mary Black, Maire Brennan (Enya's her sister), Dolores Keane, and I'm sure many more I haven't yet come across. (one of my CD's even has a reel titled Rileanna: Galtee Ranger, Denis Murphy's, The Doon ReeL.
