You refer to one of several patents. That single patent is not accurately described as "the WAVX technology." Even so, the patent to which you allude represents a case in which two guys invented something, one of them bought out the other, and the buyer continued to invent some more. Wave's most important intellectual property by far is the datacasting patent to which I pointed in my last post. Incidentally, Titan retains rights to the patent that you mention as it relates to certain public-sector applications.
