Phil, I am not sure what people are expecting from the PR's but I/CVIA use them for information purposes. In other words we gave the shareholders notification that a project was taking place and our intentions with this project, for one reason... not to hype but to allow an individual shareholder to make an investment decision and to ask questions just as what you are doing. Now Dr. Hay was out of town all last week. We need info from him, so we can amend the filings. You have to understand AHCD is not our company, we are providing a service. Texas real estate is still on the radar, this is an extremely expensive piece of property and we are trying to get the best deal we can, although if it is not the best deal why should we pay more than we should for it? Maybe the real estate brokerage fees are above the standard commission and we dont want to pay $xx,xxx we should have to, so maybe we are waiting on that contract to lapse? Just a possibility. What kind of hard numbers are you looking for? Our first quarter 10Q and the 1999 10K are going to be filed in the next week or two... we have given AHCD the priority and when we get their audits back then we will file ours. KAA
