RUMORS AND PERCEPTION DRIVE STOCKS MORE THAN NEWS RELEASES DO.... UNLESS, OF COURSE THERE IS A BIG NR that no one saw coming. Lots of times people ask me what news do I think is coming on an uptrending stock.... I say: "I hope nothing as long as the stock goes up." All too often a company will release news and the stock will pop a few cents then a big selloff will occur. People think they should treat OTCBB stocks like listed/NAZ stocks... "sell on news" ... in most cases, nothing could be further from the truth. It also makes me laugh when people try to day-trade every OTCBB stock they are in... Jump in and out for a .02 profit while the stock moves from 10 cents to $4... LOL.
