What you said about MSFT I have generalized in my previous post. Remember only way a company can continue growth is a. Market is growing and/or new markets emerging. b. No competition. (or mantain strategic competitive advantage). And again I am not talking about 15 years here. Lot can happen in 15 years. I am sure no one in this board is banking on JDSU hitting mutli-trillion market cap by say 2015. Many of us are just happy if we can figure out what may happen in next 2-5 years (and even that is impossible so forget 15 years). And some here are even making predictions of things happening 3-4 months out, by June-July!! Anyway this press release might make some people understand on how market cap is used as key figure to make predictions. (in this case Lehman Bro') biz.yahoo.com Over and out. TB
