Looks like ALA gained 22 percent of it's objective at a 10 percent discount. Cool. Well over $100,000,000 saved by ALA

I wonder who's selling NN shares on the cheap?

If anyone comes up with an interesting rumor or conspiracy theory, let me know.

Jeff, most likely ALA had close to 5% before the deal was secured on Feb 24, then bought another 17% and filed 10 days later total 22%, just enough to offset TM if he would change his mind.
Now I understand why ALA did not press hard to convince its investors about ALA/NN marger.
They wanted to keep its shares lower to buy NN shares.
