Anko, the Barnes risk index is constructed in a similar way as the Feds fair value market model. i believe the actual formula is proprietary, but basically it's based on p/e's and interest rates. it's on www.decisionpoint.com...the service costs 10 bucks a month. there's also a Barnes web site where you might learn more: homepages.together.net oops...i just found out that: <<Due to increased responsibilities at the University of Vermont, plus the confounding disconnect between stock market value and price, I have decided not to continue the weekly updates this year.>> so sayeth Barnes, hisself....
