I think Bailey will be on CNBC's Squawk Box this morning. I hope somebody can catch it. My guess is he'll probably talk about the buyout that was announced. By the way, I do know that the two acquired companies are private, I was just commenting on standard actions occurring in the market when one company buys out another using stock as currency.
