I am in total agreement with you on this one. The proxy should have all of the necessary information for all of us to make an informed decision. If the company is to survive, it must provide the shareholders with good reasoning and with the name of the financier involved. If either of these issues are absent from the proxy then an informed decision cannot be made. ztect, in his prior post tonight (40059), has stated very eloquently how I feel and if Gordon and his cronies pull the same ol' BS they did the last time, a lawsuit would be in order. Not only against TSIG, but also against all of the BOD.

Is anyone know the date you must be a shareholder of record in order to have the right to vote?
