re. Mr. Teevan, who filed a form 144, and ladies undergarments: Mr. Teevan was mentioned recently in an 8-k for MSYS, which is an OTC:BB penny stock. Maybe a lawyer or an "investment banker" for penny stocks. Probably he's not very interesting. But I did find something amusing ... He was one of several hundred shareholders listed in a SCMI prospectus in 1998. Here was his entry, and the one following it: (i) The following table sets forth options and warrants issued by the Company for the three years ended December 31, 1997, the names of the holders, the date on which the options and warrants were issued, the exercise price of the warrants and options and their date of expiration.
