Tom - Thanks for that - old age must be dulling my memory. The thing about a May AGM is that, logically, it doesn't really leave enough time for shareholder approval, if required, before a NASDAQ listing in June. Also, somebody, somewhere posted some facts concerning US brokers, with respect to IPOs. The gist of it was that the IPO "season" ends in May.

There is apparently a SH post quoting IR that it will be delayed until fall. I hope not. I'll try to contact IR tomorrow. I would have thought that a NR would have been posted, since it was management's statement that NASDAQ listing would come "in the first half" of 2000.
