Last month it's down .35%

3 months +58.80%

6 months +154.77%

1 year +64.04%

5 year +46.53%

With reinvested dividends it's up 227% for me since Feb 1997

There's probably better ones.

Janus opened a new fund on 3/1 Janus Strategic Value Fund.
Check their website www.janus.com
I have had Janus mutual funds since 1990. Good returns and nice people. IMO

You might also check out FirstHand Funds. They have a Tech Fund, a Technology Value Fund and a B2B Fund. I got into the B2B Fund 1st of the year. It has had good returns. Also an impressive group.
