Pierre, GMPCS tries to answer all inquiries within 6 hours, I believe. I wish G* IR were this responsive! The reference to transparency in the two number arrangement is what GMPCS explained to me--I apologize for not being clearer. An unanswered call forwards from cell to sat to voice mail. They also informed me that they could activate the CDMA service through Bell Atlantic, my existing carrier in PA. Shareholders would be well served to have all the G* dealers possessing this level of knowledge and commitment.
