Foreign content, I have been trading my RRSP for the past 1.5 years and I would bet there has not been one month when the total foreign content has been under 60% as I trade mostly Nasdaq. But because I am buying and selling on a regular basis it is impossible for Webbroken to calculate my foreign content daily. They dont have the manpower to answer their phone and check the trades within an hour, how could they have the manpower to check mine and every other customer's foreign content on a daily basis and keep their profits up. Remember the number one expense is wages.
