biz.yahoo.com

Forty1, for an IPO, the float is the # of shares offered. 3.5 million shares with an additional 0.5 M if over-allotments are exercised. Although PRME recently moved its headquarters to MA from the UK, it's still perceived as a foreign company and not getting much attention early in the game.
