So are you saying that the market has reached a "permanently high plateau", at least in the cases of "tech, biotech, small cap, and overseas"? Dwight: Nothing is permanent except an overstay by an "Inlaw" : > Seriously... We are experiencing a shift in investor sentiment in the markets that can last for quite a while... Those who thought the internet was a fad are now saying Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda... What's happening now has more intrinsic value than a Tulip...
