So, your father is a Democrat and would vote for McCain but not for Bush. What does he like better in Gore? Give me a clue. Is it because he is the father of the internet? Is it because they opened the water spigots up North in the dry season so he could look good in a boat for picture taking and then speak about preserving the resources? Is it because he went sleep walking while at the Buddhist temple? Is it because he helped giving a party on the White House lawn when Clinton got impeached? Is it because he made campaign contribution calls, let's say supposedly, from the White House? Is it because the GOV of Md proudly said today that he could call on VP Gore at any time and ask him for money for his Democrat controlled State and bank on getting it and sees no reason why this pref. treatment from his good friend would not continue when he becomes President? Were all States in the same boat or just anointed ones? Is it because he paid good money to get advice on becoming an Alpha man? Is it because he is not a Washington insider but a Memphis man? Is it because he will overhaul campaign finance laws so only Democrats can get big money? Is it because he thinks giving taxpayers some of their money back in good times is a risky thing to do? Would he give us some tax cuts when things are bad or would that then be not the right thing to do? Is it because he did what while Vice President? I could go on but I would like to get some shut eye. I have friends that are Democrats and they will vote for Bush and they did not vote in the primary and did not answer a poll. So maybe it will all come out in the wash. gg.
