NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Mar 2, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- LA Internet, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Internet Business's International Inc. (OTC
BB:IBUI)(www.ibui.net), Thursday announced that it has begun upgrading its
facilities with the latest Enterprise(TM) server computers from Sun Microsystems
(Nasdaq:SUNW).

"We examined all available alternatives," said IBUI chief executive officer Al
Reda. "In the key aspects of security of security, reliability and
expandability, the Sun offerings have the others beat cold."

Server computers are essential elements of an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
The Sun Enterprise(TM) servers to be used by LA Internet feature Sun's own
UltraSPARC(TM)-II, an extra-high performance 64-bit processor which handles data
in segments twice the size of 32-bit processors such as the Pentium(TM) made by
Intel.

"Probably the biggest factor tipping the scales in Sun's favor is
expandability," continued Reda. "With the Enterprise(TM) servers we can scale up
to meet any conceivable current need, and I trust in (Sun CEO and chairman)
Scott McNealy's vision to provide us with the solutions we'll need far, far into
the future."

Sun Microsystems Inc. (www.sun.com) of Palo Alto, Calif., is a leading maker of
UNIX-based servers, storage devices, and workstations. Sun is the largest to
make computers using its own chips (SPARC) and operating systems (Solaris).

Internet Business's International (www.ibui.net) of Newport Beach is a
diversified Internet-based business, offering nationwide Internet connection and
hosting services through its LA Internet subsidiary as well as operating a
number of e-commerce Web sites in a wide range of Internet market segments.

In case this has not been posted already [I've been away], ML released a midquarter update on SUNW titled, "Infrastructure Has Been Very Good to Us," on March 2nd [short version] and March 3rd [entended version]. ML retains a BUY/BUY rating with a 12 month price target of $118. Here is a summary from the report:

Investment Highlights:

Our thesis is that Sun will do well over the
next two years then potentially face problems
from the disruptive technologies of NT and
Linux.
Our price objective of $118 is 103X our F2001
EPS estimate of $1.15.

Fundamental Highlights:

 Demand in the F3Q remains very strong;
there may be upside to our revenue growth of
26% and $0.22 per share. Linearity is almost
as good as F2Q.
Once again, the backlog may not decline due
to strong demand. Infrastructure (ISPs,
ASPs, and carriers) is driving growth.
Storage is relatively soft in only growing at the
corporate rate.
We think Sun won?t introduce UltraSPARC
III servers until late-summer or early-fall
because of strong demand for current systems.
That buys Sun time to test systems given its

Whats a baritone? A flute?? (gg) JDN

Uh... no. *Euphoniums* are more like flutes. Here's a FAQ page...

http://home.earthlink.net/~poboycorre/be04000.htm

I saw one tagline on a baritone website that said, "Better music through superior firepower". On another, I saw this...

There are two sides to a baritone player. There is the side that lives to lay waste on all flutes, trumpets, drummers, and other woodwinds. Leaving them lying blue and lifeless in the aftermath of the baritones destruction...and then there is the dark side...
