PayForView.com,<list stock> Launches Website With Women's Championship Boxing

NEW YORK, Mar 6, 2000 (ENTERTAINMENT WIRE) --

All Rights Acquired for April 26th Event

PayForView.com (OTCBB: PAYV) today announced a deal with Los Angeles
based Event Sports for the first ever web-cast of an all female boxing
card around the world, to be broadcast from the Treasure Chest Casino
in Kenner Louisiana on April 26th. The five fight card, which will
include two World Championship bouts sanctioned by the IFBA
(International Female Boxers Association) will be PayForView's first
event on its new website being launched in mid-April.

Under the terms of the deal, PayForView.com owns the event outright,
and retains all merchandising as well as Internet and traditional
broadcast rights. The event will be simulcast live via satellite and on
the Internet exclusively through PayForView.com. The show will then be
available for delayed broadcast on Network and Cable television.

The event is sanctioned by the Louisiana State Boxing Commission, and
will be produced by Event Sport's Rick Kulis, a 20 year international
sporting and music event veteran. He is one of boxing's most well known
event distributors, with dozens of bouts to his credit, including
Douglas vs. Holyfield, De La Hoya vs. Chavez and Holmes vs. Cooney. His
musical credits include Neil Young in San Francisco, David Benoit and
Friends, and the first ever pay-for-view concert, Fabian Rock and Roll.

PayForView's Sid Amira, who has put on many world renowned pay-for-view
events himself and has worked with Event Sports in the past, says the
growing appeal of female boxing and the delayed network and cable
broadcast gives PayForView.com an excellent marketing opportunity.

"With the growing popularity of women's boxing around the world,
PayForView.com is uniquely positioned to expand this exciting sport to
every fan with a PC and the ability to log on", said Amira. "We at
PayForView believe in the long term potential of female boxing and
intend to continue to support and nurture this exciting category."

Event Sports' Rick Kulis said that the rights purchased by
PayForView.com indicates a bright future for pay-for-view events.

"This is the first time I've seen an Internet based broadcaster step up
to the plate to buy and produce an event for both Internet and
traditional broadcast", said Kulis. "I think it shows great foresight
on PayForView's behalf, and is a sign of things to come for Internet
broadcasting companies. I'm excited to be in on the ground floor of
what is proving to be a very fast moving industry."

The April 26 event will be the first of many events PayForView.com and
Event Sports plan to offer in 2000 and beyond.

PayForView.com is an integrated on-line and off-line entertainment
company that will distribute movies, music, sports and live events
direct to viewers on a pay-for-view, retail and e-commerce basis. The
company is in the process of acquiring content and creating programming
for broadcast specifically over the Internet and traditional media.
Additionally, the company owns several off-line interests. Its rap and
hip-hop music label, Street Solid Records, is distributed through K-Tel
Distribution (NASDQ: KTEL). Voyager International Entertainment is
currently packaging several motion picture projects for production.
Avalon Entertainment is the Company's foreign sales division for these
projects.
