Recall too that this is a stock that short interest can play with, because by the nature of their business model, Aware itself cannot announce information that would have positive ramifications for earnings or the share price. That information, rather, has to come from the clients who purchase the technology. Therefore, the stock can fall under selling pressure and Aware cannot do much in the way of PR countermeasures.

It boils down to this: you either believe in the economics surrounding the rollout of the technology and AWRE's position in it (in which case you're long), or you don't (in which case you'd be short). Right now, I think all of the 'signs' from the press releases we've been reading are positive. I believe the former story and will stay long with what I've got. There are undoubtedly some people who will short a stock simply because it's run up in price. I think they are making a big mistake here, but truly, time will tell. jess.

Mike, the VoDSL conference maybe where we'll get the news we all hope and want for. It was brought to my attention not only is Aware scheduled to speak....but Intel is also going to present in regard to the consumer side "(VoDSL MEETS THE HOME NETWORK") of the DSL market. That is the area AWRE technology is pretty much targeted at.

Fingers crossed,
