Russia to raise palladium prices this year Source: BBC Monitoring Former Soviet Union - Economic Text of report in English by Russian news agency Interfax Moscow, 6th March: Russia will sell palladium and other precious metals on the world market in 2000 at a higher price than in the preceding year, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov told the press on Monday [6th March]. Like other exporters of palladium and other precious metals, Russia wants market prices to stay high, he said. Kasyanov was sure that exports of that product will stabilize.
