Within the hot sectors there are industries and sub-industries. Many of the telecom equipment stocks broke out in mid-January during the 'correction'. It appears the internet stocks may be next: ^DOT, ^INX2, and ^IIX are at or near new highs. Some of the app hosting stocks have broken out in the last week with the leader EXDS first:

quote.yahoo.com

The internet retail may be next. I've been watching EBAY which is nearing the conclusion of a huge symmetric triangle?

>>Those not comfortable chasing hot sectors can buy the beaten down quality value stocks with strong fundamentals...<< and get really beaten down!!!....at least that's what seemed to happen to me every time I tried. None of my techs ever came close to creaming me the way those value stocks have.....
