<<I know I should sell>>
why would you want to sell and leave money on the table?
Based on $37 a share for the merged company, this share is valued at least $12.4.
But the merged company has market cap of $1.24B and will have the revenue of $250MM. That is a puny P/S of 5. Assuming a second tier biotech with a strong portfolio and pipeline, P/S should be more like 7.5-9.

Am I missing something here?
anyway more complete story is here:

what does this mean???

>>In addition, in connection with the agreement, Biomatrix has granted Genzyme an option to purchase 4,600,000 shares under certain circumstances.<<

will it dilute our interests?

I found BXM only this am, using msn's stock screen
(positive cash flow, moderate institutional holdings), and
was kicking myself for another "just too late"
(more often has happened upon stepping out of a stock
about to explode up) when I
heard on radio it was a "buyout" but buying gztr just turned
into a cheap way to pick up bxm - this morning it was, anyway.
They will certainly be chatting this up leading
up to the deal and the money seems to go into bios when
the nasdaq stalls ... what's left that's cheap? This is
the only casino in town still open.
