AMDI - Who knows, still a clean shell - maybe they were supposed to sell as part of a deal??? Look at MDIA, at .32+ , this one has mentioned a 1-1021 reverse split in the filings. "Medtech will reverse split its outstanding common stock so that the 281,400,000 outstanding shares will be reduced to 275,612 shares if the minimum number of units are sold in the private placement described below, and to 237,512 shares if the maximum number of shares are sold in such placemen"
