ECIN just touched off the lower bollinger band but the MACD did not turn up yet. ADX/DMI is not positive. And the Stochastics indicator put in a lower high on the last price high. I think tomorrow it will pierce and possibly break below the lower bollinger band. If it does bounce off the lower band and move up I don't think it will take out the 20 period MOV. I would expect it to meet resistance there and move down again. I think it's time to build a base. What do you think?
