Good luck in the sector, From my vantage point the riser management plays appear to be retailers to temporarily captive buyers. Its a nice position with high margins now (almost like the tower/antenna companies) but also one that could lull the players into a monopolistic torpor. ARCC has made some smart plays and if they continue to expand their relationships to other first rate "wholesalers" they should do well. I have not seen the others as active. Have you heard any more on Cogent. They did sound interesting. Good Luck Steve
