ICGE......RESEARCH ALERT - Robertson ups Internet Capital SAN FRANCISCO, March 6 (Reuters) - Robertson Stephens analyst Eric Upin on Monday upgraded Internet Capital Group Inc. to a strong buy rating from a buy, the brokerage said. Shares of Internet Capital gained 30-5/6 to 149-11/16 in heavy trading on the Nasdaq stock market. ``We believe ICG's strategy is working and that there are several near-term catalysts for the stock,' Upin said in a research note. ``This company is our top pick in the B2B (business to business) space.' Internet Capital Group is hosting an all-day conference in New York on Wednesday to showcase several of its investments. ``We are raising our rating on ICG with a 12-18 month price target of $250,' he said. ``The fundamentals of B2B eCommerce are compelling over the next two to five years and we believe that ICG is one of the best ways to play this space.' The previous target price was not immediately available, Upin's office said.
