Kash, >And by year end both companies will be selling processors in the high end with huge on chip cache running at speeds of
1.3-1.5Ghz.

Who on God's Green Earth could ever need a CPU chip that powerful? I heard Kevin Kalkhoven, CEO of JDSU on Motley Fool's radio show Saturday. One of the Fools guys asked why all the rush to huge bandwidth with optical, fibers, lasers, etc. He said his vision in 5 - 10 years was one of individuals everywhere exchanging video, from movies to televideo over the Internet. That'll use bandwidth and CPU up in a hurry.
